Are There Exercises I Should Not Do?

There are quite a lot of exercises that used to be popular that we now know to be dangerous, because they place too much strain on your lower back and sometimes the knees.

The following exercises are best avoided:


When starting an exercise program pace your activity by starting with a small manageable amount and build up gradually.
