We will design an exercise program for you to do at home to help accelerate your recovery and prevent recurrences.

Exercise can improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Exercises can be sport or work specific. Exercise can help speed up recovery by self mobilising a joint, stretching a tight structure or correcting muscle imbalance.

Our exercise programs are individually printed with clear instructions and pictures. We can even print you an exercise diary to monitor your progress.
